Director of Marketing

As an experienced marketing director, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing our strategic marketing strategy.
You’ll research, prospect, and engage institutions, organizations, and professionals that will help clients to create an inter-connected education systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience identifying opportunities, getting in front of decision makers, and closing deals.
You’ll also know how to put together compelling sales and marketing assets, pitch ideas, and negotiate winning clients. If you have a data-driven mindset, feel comfortable taking initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing company and have a concrete impact on the future of the business as a whole.

What you’ll do

  • Own the strategic partnership strategy and execution.
  • Research, prospect, and engage clients that have a concrete and measurable impact on the business.
  • Maintain and optimize our relationships with current clients.
  • Liaise with product and operations teams to develop custom solutions for our clients.

The role is best suited for someone with experience across clients marketing, demand generation and community building to help our prospects and clients to grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

Expections

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of driving user and revenue growth with strategic clients.
  • Proven hands-on experience successfully managing marketing campaigns
  • Strong project and program management, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, setting objectives, and ruthlessly prioritizing activities based on impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a strong command of English. Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients as well as with internal teams.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, you don’t require constant input and have meticulous attention to detail.
