To change the visibility of courses

• After you mark a course as “public”, anyone can access every part of the course and view its content.

Public and private courses #

Public courses: anyone can search and access

Private courses: Only users granted access rights by the course administrator can access private courses. Ordinary users cannot view or search for private courses.

About course visibility changes #

Course owners can change the visibility of courses.

Changing a course’s visibility #

1. On ClassGalaxy, navigate to the main page of the class.
2. Under your class name, click Settings.
3. Under “Course”, to the lower part of the page, click Public or Private.
